My daughter has large blackheads inside her ear canal. How do we get rid of them?

all i can say is GO SEE A DOCTOR! they will surely find a way to take cre of it, and, yea.. dont go poking around in there, they could get infected and that will just make it worse
Wash with ivory soap, two to three times daily. Ivory soap helps alot on oliy skin because it helps dry it out.
i would not recommend to pick it or use a blackhead remover tool i would go to the doctor and just use soap and water to clean the ear where the blackhead is at you dont want to cause damage to the area by doing it yourself
Go to a dermatologist.
You could just use peroxide with a cotton ball. Don't poke anything inside the ear canal.
Don't go poking in there, ask a doctor.
that's what dermatologists specialize in.
shoot! idk see a doctor. asap it may be urgent and something other than blackheads maybe skin cancer. srry if i freaked u out

wash with soap and warm water...then apply an astringent with a Qu-tip to the area...i always wash my ears when i wash my hair...saves time...
go see a doctor
professionals use a black head popper and it can be purchased at your local drug store. After a hot shower you can use this instrument and pop them away.
Ewww someone needs to clean their ears better!
