It's tough to find a balance between getting our skin clean and not overcleaning it. Use a gentle scrub. I like Aromabliss Deep Cleanser (www.aromabliss.com) AFTER you have pressed a warm, wet washcloth to your face for a minute or two. Do this at night, and don't put on any moisturizer. In the morning, very gentle cleansing (no scrub) followed by a light moisturizer applied to damp skin.


Be patient with this process. It will take a little time to balance your skin, but it's worth it. If you have the money, you can start with a facial and then start gentle cleansing. This will ';jump start'; the process a little. Good luck!How can I stop my face from getting blackheads?
Use pure rose water as a toner, after you have cleansed your face...it really works.

Blackheads are formed when the top layer sebum on your epidermis is being destroyed by:


- environement


- stress


- pdts we use on our face





When your body loses it's sebum, there is no protection against germs.. when your germs fight with your lympathic system.. the end result would be all the carcesses like pimples, whiteheads (which will eventually turn into blackheads)

I am using the Petalsence skincare mentioned and I think the facewash and toner are very good. My pores are getting smaller and blackheads getting lesser as well ;)
Nivea..Olay..This are good brands...i always use Nivea
I used to use Clean and Clear Blackhead Cleanser... I found it worked very well. It's not so great at getting rid of the deep ones (like you find on noses most commonly for example), but it's brilliant for getting rid of surface ones you get on your chin/bridge of your nose/cheeks etc.
