Drink lots of water and try not to stress too much about it as stress if known to make acne worse. Also acne goes away pretty fast when you know how to get rid of body toxins. I used this method and has been acne free since then http://morereviewz.googlepages.com/acnef鈥?/a> You can try it if you like.

Good LuckHow to stop acne and blackheads on my chest and back before graduation day?
drinking lots of water to make acne go away is a myth Report Abuse

This can be a common problem but there's a solution: Get a pair of loofah or exfoliating gloves from the drug store and use them to gently scrub your chest and back with a mild soap formulated for acne or problem skin like spectro-gel. There are others on the market but that's an example. Don't put moisturizer on those areas. You can also find acne lotions/medications that will speed the healing of acne, if applied after you wash. Synthetic fabrics clog pores and promote sweating so try to wear cotton against your skin. If you shower or bathe before bed and apply medicated lotion it will also promote faster healing. The scrub is key and should be the first step. It will deeply clean your pores, preventing clogging and help the acne lotion penetrate the skin. There are great products available at your local pharmacy.
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
Acne products don't work and they sometimes clog your pores! Try dabbing on fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar several times per day with a clean cloth or cotton ball. Drink lots of fresh filtered water daily. Cleanse your body from the inside by cutting out all greasy, fatty foods and replacing those with fresh veggies and whole grains.

When you wash your skin make sure not to scrub hard as this promotes oil production.

Happy graduation!
well for one, you should stop touching/scratching/moisturizing of any kind (that just get more bacteria in your pores. get some Neutragena acne spot creme and put it on your acne spots. i suggest the Rapid Clear gel (it's in an orange container). that stuff works really quick if you leave your hands off your acne. if you have a serious acne problem its going to be tough to get rid of it that quickly. usually prescibed medecine takes a long time to kick in so don't get that.
it is better to hide it with make-up

follow these steps

# Begin with fresh, clean skin. Wash your face with an oil-free cleanser designed to treat and clear acne. Follow this with an oil-free, light moisturizer. Oil-free products are essential for those prone to acne problems as the oil in other products tends to clog pores and contribute to additional blemishes.

# Use an oil-free concealer on areas with acne. Choose a concealer in a color as close to your natural skin tone as possible. Apply it in small, dabbing motions directly to blemishes and red areas using a makeup sponge or a clean finger to blend it in.

# Apply a light, oil-free foundation with a makeup sponge using a dabbing motion and blending outward to the outside areas of your face. Again, choose a foundation that best matches your skin tone for a natural look.

# Touch up any areas that need more coverage with the concealer by lightly dabbing and blending.

# Use a large makeup brush to apply a light layer of oil-free translucent powder. This will deliver a shine-free, even look and set the foundation and concealer for longer wear.
Um Well the best you can do is eat super healthy, drink loads of water...

This is also important: You must wash it morning and night with a exfoliating wash, then toner then moisturiser...

Preferably Proactive...

Also on the night of Graduation youse a body bronser to hide any leftover inperfevtions...

Hope this helps..

AND GOODLUCK
You can buy acne body wash, take a shower daily, but don't wash your hair daily, if you already don't. Drink water.

Exfoliate 1-2 times a week, and go tanning it really helps with the acne because it drys your skin, its not good for you but its a quick fix.
