it's been there for so long and about a week ago i used hot compresses on it for a long time, and tried squeezing it. It got bigger and weirder but it still won't go away [a week later]. I just used hot compresses and tried to squeeze it again and it WON'T GO AWAY! it's the biggest one i've ever had, all black and weird, right below left nostril. How can i get rid of it for good? Nothing has worked.Big Blackhead below left nostril?

Its Probably Not a Blackhead It Probably A Mark Or Something But if i was U I Probably Would Try Some Twisser And Squeez it again and if nothing comes out then its not blackhead
