There is an effective cream called Retin A which you can obtain with a doctor's prescription. It won't get rid of the problem forever. There is a drug for severe cases called Roaccutane (spelling?) which reduces the amount of sebum produced in the skin. See your doctor - there's many things you can do for acne these days.
